Requesting Additional Accounts

If you have a total account list of less than twenty, you may request additional accounts, or you may also remove accounts you currently have access to. To request additional accounts, once you have logged in, click Request Additional Accounts under Options on the left sidebar.

After you have clicked on the link, you will be able to see all of the accounts you have currently. From this screen, you can add more accounts (if you have less than the 20 account limit) or remove accounts you no longer need to see.
You can request access to new accounts and remove existing accounts from the Access Request page

To add account(s) type the account number in the field (with no spaces or dashes) and click “Add”. You will notice under “Request Details” that any account you add or remove is listed. When you have finished adding and removing accounts, enter the appropriate email for your request to be approved and click “Continue”. This will submit a request to CNS and they will process this request within 5 to 7 business days.
